Warranty Assessment:
Upon receipt of your warranty claim, we will carefully assess the reported issue to ascertain its eligibility under our warranty policy. Our assessment procedure may entail a physical examination of the paddle or a thorough review of the accompanying documentation.
Warranty Resolution:
Should we determine that the damage or defect falls within the purview of our warranty policy, we will provide one of the following resolutions, as per our discretion:
a. Replacement: We will furnish a new paddle, equivalent in model and design, to replace the damaged or defective one.
b. Store Credit: In certain instances, we may extend store credit equivalent to the value of the impaired or faulty paddle. This credit can then be utilized towards the acquisition of a new paddle from Native Athletics.
If you encounter any issues such as loss, theft, or damage to your package, Route's support team is here to assist you in securing a replacement or refund according to your preference after you've initiated a claim.
